Strict No Return / No Exchange Policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges after dispatch.
- As a wholesale supplier, all sales are final.
Transit Damage Exception
We are responsible only if:
- The product is physically damaged during transit.
- Unboxing video (without pause) is provided.
- Complaint is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Without proper unboxing proof, claims will not be accepted.
