  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after dispatch.
  • As a wholesale supplier, all sales are final.

Transit Damage Exception

We are responsible only if:

  • The product is physically damaged during transit.
  • Unboxing video (without pause) is provided.
  • Complaint is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Without proper unboxing proof, claims will not be accepted.
